摘要
从萃取柱的选择、活化和平衡、上样、淋洗、洗脱等方面介绍了固相萃取填料的选择、萃取的操作技术,探讨了其在环境监测中的应用,以期为有机物分析工作者应用固相萃取技术提供参考。
This paper mainly introduced the selection of solid phase extraction packing, the operation technology of extraction and its application in environmental monitoring. It is helpful to for organic analysis workers to apply solid phase extraction technology.
