冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者曲美他嗪治疗后心功能及心率震荡的变化 被引量:4

INFLUENCE OF TRIMETAZIDINE ON THE HEART FUNCTION AND HEART RATE TURBULENCE IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者采用曲美他嗪治疗后心功能及窦性心率震荡(HRT)的变化情况。方法:选取冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者88例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组行心力衰竭常规治疗(利尿、强心、扩血管等),观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后心功能及心率震荡的变化情况,并记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗3个月后,患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显升高、左室舒张末期内径(LVd)明显降低,且观察组LVEF和LVd均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,患者震荡初始(TO)明显降低、震荡斜率(TS)明显升高,且观察组TO和TS均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:曲美他嗪可使冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能及心率震荡得以有效改善,安全性高。 Objective: To discuss the change of heart function and heart rate turbulence after using trimetazidine in the patients with coronary heart disease chronic heart failure. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with coronary heart disease chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each group. The patients were given routine treatment in control group, and routine treatment and trimetazidine in observation group. The heart function, heart rate turbulence and reverse reaction were recorded and compared in the two groups. Results: The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was higher and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVd) of the patients was lower after 3 months of treatment than those before the treatment, more obviously in observation group (P〈0.05). The initial shock (TO) was lower and slope of shock wave (TS) was higher after 3 months of treatment than those before the treatment, more obviously in observation group (P〈0.05). No adverse reaction was found in the therapeutic course. Conclusion: Trimetazidine can effectively improve heart function and heart rate turbulence in patients with coronary heart disease chronic heart failure, with high safety, which is benefit for clinical application.
