光伏并网配电网中柔性环网开关的优化运行控制策略研究 被引量:17

摘要 分布式光伏发电的快速普及,使得配电网中光伏发电的比例日益提高。但大量光伏发电的并网运行却给配电网带来了一系列的电能质量问题。如何解决光伏大量接入带来的电压越限问题已经成为一个重点研究方向。柔性环网开关可以主动调节配电网的潮流,本文主要研究在光伏并网配电网中柔性环网开关的优化运行控制策略,重点解决电压越限问题。本文首先介绍了基于电压源型变流器的柔性环网开关的原理,分析了柔性环网开关稳定运行的约束条件,提出了一种基于扰动观察法的柔性环网开关实时优化运行控制策略,该方法不需要预先知道配电网的拓扑结构和参数,具有一定的工程实用价值。最后通过两个算例,验证了柔性环网开关有助于将光伏并网配电网的电压维持在正常水平内。 With the rapid development of photovoltaic( PV) generation industry,the proportion of PV generation in power network is increasing. However,with a large number of PV generation connected to the distribution network,there came a series of power quality problems. How to solve this issue has become a key research direction. The soft normally-open point( SNOP) can control the power flow of the distribution network. The paper mainly studies control strategy for optimum operation of SNOPs in distribution network with PV generation. It is focused on the voltage violation issues. Firstly,the principle of SNOP based on voltage source converters is introduced,the constraints that the SNOP must satisfy are analyzed,and a new optimal operation control strategy of the SNOP based on Perturbation and Observation approach is proposed. Finally,the simulation results of two cases indicate that,by adopting the proposed control strategy,the SNOP can keep the voltage of distribution network within normal level.
