摘要
鉴于轨距挡板常规气体氮化生产工艺周期长、能耗大、生产成本高和质量低的不足,利用稀土特有的原子结构和物理化学性能,采用稀土催渗技术,通过理论分析和试验验证,确定最佳的稀土催渗气体软氮化工艺,解决轨距挡板常规气体软氮化处理存在的问题。稀土催渗技术的应用能够极大地降低轨距挡板氮化处理的能耗,显著改善产品质量。
With a view to the long cycle,great energy consumption,high product costs and low quality and other defects that exist in the conventional gas nitriding technology for gauge aprons,based on the special atomic structure and physicochemical property of rare-earth, the article adopts the rare-earth catalysis technology and by means of theoretical analysis and test verification, it determines the optimal rare-earth catalysis gas soft-nitriding technology,which solves the problem in conventional gas soft-nitriding of gauge aprons. The application of rare-earth catalysis can greatly reduce the energy consumed in gauge apron nitriding,thus remarkably improving the product quality.
