摘要 为制备水分散稳定性和乌黑度好,且环保的反应性纳米炭黑颜料,先利用臭氧对炭黑进行氧化改性,再经过一系列的酰氯化、酰胺化和霍夫曼重排反应,制得伯胺化炭黑(CB-NH2),之后以丙酮为溶剂,在弱碱性条件下,添加三聚氯氰制备二氯均三嗪型活性纳米炭黑颜料,最后,在改性的炭黑上接枝牛磺酸,以提高其水分散稳定性。FT-IR、元素分析、XPS等表明,所制备的反应性纳米炭黑颜料表面确实引入了羧基、羟基、三聚氯氰基团和磺酸基团;从TEM可以看出,所制备的水分散反应性纳米炭黑颜料在乙醇中主要以较小的纳米粒子均匀存在,分散性比原样炭黑好,粒径也比原样炭黑小。织物采用自制的反应性炭黑染色,抗紫外线性能优于Novacron黑染料染色的;而耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度则比后者的差,需采用其他方法进行改善。 In order to prepare an environmental reactive nano carbon black pigment with good dispersion in aqueous solution and good blackening, the carbon black is firstly modified by ozone oxidation in liquid phase, the primary amine carbon black (CB-NH2) is prepared after a series of acyl chlorination, amidation and hoffman rearrangement, and then the dichlorotriazine reactive nano carbon black pigment is pre- pared by adding cyanuric chloride under weak alkali condition with acetone as the solvent. Finally, the carbon black pigment is modified by grafting with taurine to improve its dispersion. Results of FT-IR, element analysis and XPS analysis show that the carboxyl, hydroxyl and cyanuric chloride groups are introuced onto the surface of reactive nano carbon black pigment. In addition, TEM shows the prepared dyes in ethanal solution are mainly smaller nanoparticles with better dispersion and smaller size than the original carbon black. The dyeings with the prepared nano carbon black feature better anti-UV property compared with that with Novacron black, but the color fastness to rubbing and washing is poor, and can be improved by other solutions.
