摘要
硒是人和动物必需的微量营养元素之一,在植物中可抵御体内自由基伤害、提高作物产量和质量,并且可以有效缓解植物重金属的胁迫和积累。综述了在不同植物中硒对镉吸收转运影响的研究进展,探讨了硒缓解镉胁迫的机制,以期为采取措施降低农产品镉污染提供参考。
Selenium (Se) is an essential element for animals and human. It could remove free radicals in plants, improve the yield and quality of crops, and mitigate heavy metal stress and accumulation. This paper investigated the effects of Se on cadmium (Cd) uptake and translocation in different plant species, and summarized mechanisms involved with Se for mitigation of Cd stress, which was expected to provide references for developing strategies for reducing Cd accumulation in agricultural products.
