摘要
非物质文化遗产甘肃庆阳香包蕴含了重要的历史、文化、艺术、医学和社会价值。在保护实践中,通过健全传承机制、建立生产性保护示范单位、加强资料整理研究、扩大对外宣传,形成了较完善的保护体系;通过制定香包产业发展规划、建设香包文化产业园区、扶持香包文化企业发展、创立合理的经营模式,已使香包的产业发展初见成效,但同时仍然存在活态传承不佳、企业竞争力不强、产业组织化水平低等问题。因此,应坚持产业开发与文化生态保护相协调的原则,确立"打造原生态艺术精品"的产业定位,实施人才、品牌、管理和研发四大战略,突出产品多样化、产业组织化、规模适度化、营销网络化、空间全球化等产业发展思路,推动香包文化产业的发展。
Qingyang sachet of Gansu, as one of the intangible cultural heritage（ICH）, has great historical, cultural, artistic, medical,and social values. In the practice of protection, a better system of protection has been formed through the improvement of the inheritance mechanism, the establishment of productive protection demonstration units, comprehensive data collection and research,and extensive publicity. By sachet industrial planning, buildingsachet industrial zone, facilitating sachet enterprise development,establishing reasonable business models, the sachet industry has achieved initial results. However, there are still problems-inadequate inheritance, weak competitiveness, low level of industrial organization and so on. Therefore, we should adhere to the principle of coordination between industrial development and cultural ecological protection, and establish the industrial orientation of＂original and ecological fine works＂, and implement the four strategies of talent, brand, management and R D, highlighting product diversification,industry organization, moderate scale, online marketing, and globalization so as to promote the development of sachet cultural industry.
