摘要
目的探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入联合全面护理治疗老年呼吸道疾病的临床疗效。方法选择2016年2月至2017年2月收治的老年呼吸道疾病患者76例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。所有患者均给予沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用常规护理方法,全面组采用全面护理方法。结果全面组患者呼吸道疾病治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05);临床症状消退时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分、生活质量量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦雾化吸入联合全面护理治疗老年呼吸道疾病疗效确切,可加速症状消退,缩短住院时间,减轻患者不良情绪,提升其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods for Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation combined with comprehensive nursing in treating elderly patients with respiratory tract disease. Methods Totally 76 elderly patients with respiratory tract diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table,38 cases in each group. All patients were given Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation treatment,the control group was given routine nursing method,while the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing method. Results The total effective rate of respiratory tract diseases of the comprehensive group was 94. 74%,which was significantly higher than 78. 95% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical symptom subsided time and hospitalization time of the comprehensive group were shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）, and the scores of anxiety and depression scale and quality of life were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation combined with comprehensive nursing in treating elderly patients with respiratory tract disease has good effect,it can accelerate symptom subsidise,shorten the hospitalization time,alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve their life quality.
