摘要
针对母线冲裁过程中凸模的磨损情况,基于Archard理论应用Deform 3D软件进行有限元分析,模拟凸模磨损过程,并与实际模具使用情况进行对比。结果表明,选取适当的母线断裂准则,设定合理的磨损模型参数能够较准确反映凸模的磨损情况。
Aiming at the punch wear in the process of bus blanking, Deform 3D software was applied for finite element analysis based on Archard theory. The wear process of punch was simulated and compared with the actual service condition of die assembly. The results show that reasonable setting of wear model parameters can reflect the worn condition of the punch accurately.
