摘要
文章结合财务尽职调查的内容和方式,提出财务尽职调查内容和方式存在的相关问题以及可能存在的漏洞,包括财务调查方式单一、调查内容失真等。在此基础上,结合业务流程和操作规则,提出合理的解决对策。
This article puts forward the problems and possible loopholes in the contents and methods of financial due diligence based on the content and methods of financial due diligence investigation,including the single method of financial investigation and the distortion of investigation contents.The reasonable solutions are also proposed by referring to the business processes and operational rules.
