China has made remarkable achievements in intangible cultural heritage safeguarding which is reaching a new stage. On the other hand, we still lack in-depth understanding of intangible cultural heritage and its inheritance rules and we are still exploring effective protection measures and completing policy and system construction. We should study and appreciate Chinese President Xi Jinping＇s important statements on promoting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture, carry out the Opinions on Implementing the Inheritance and Development Project o~ Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture issued by the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council and stand our ground for Chinese culture,
