摘要
本文采用离子色谱-脉冲安培检测法,对白酒中的游离氰化物进行测定。结果表明:该方法在线性范围为1~100μg·L-1内,相关系数R=0.99997;对应白酒样品的方法检出限为12.5μg·L-1;精密度RSD为1.6%(n=6);回收率范围102%~107%。该方法快速、准确、精密度高,适用于白酒样品分析。
This study investigated free cynide in liquor by ion chromatography coupled with pulsed amperometrie detection（ IC - PAD）. The linear range is 1 - 100μg·L^-1 with an R value of 0. 99997. The detection limit is 12.5μg·L^-1 for liquor samples with an RSD of 1.6% （ n = 6 ） , and the recovery rang is from 102% to 107%. This study has been proven to be a useful in liquors analysis.
