摘要
针对内蒙古自治区中小学班主任的现状,选取呼和浩特市、包头市、通辽市、赤峰市的中小学班主任群体,进行抽样访谈和问卷调查。通过对班主任的工作年限、任教学科、教育能力、薪金待遇、评价机制等几方面进行调查,发现内蒙古地区班主任的现状不利于基础教育的质量提升。建议加强班主任专业化教育培训,在师范院校增设班主任专业;完善班主任入职任用机制,把好班主任职业入口关;提高班主任薪金待遇,激励班主任自我提升动机;职前培养与职后培训相结合,健全班主任专业化发展机制。
In view of the professionalization of class teachers in primary and middle schools in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a sample interview and a questionnaire survey are conducted among primary and secondary school head teachers in Hohhot, Baotou, Tongliao and Chifeng. Through investigating the class teachers' working years, teaching subjects, educational ability, salary and evaluation mechanism, it is found that the non professional status of class teachers in Inner Mongolia is not conducive to the quality improvement of basic education. Ac- cordingly, the article puts forward the following suggestions:emphasize the professional development of class teachers in primary and middle schools,strengthen their professional education and training and setting up class teacher specialty in Normal Universities; perfect the entry and appointment mechanism, strictly check the teachers' entrance; improve the salary of the class teacher and motivate their self-promotion; combine pre-job training and post-jab training and improve the professional development mechanism of class teachers.
