摘要
再沸器是泸天化股份公司合成氨厂二车间的关键设备之一,该设备现用换热管管束因多处腐蚀而严重泄漏。文章分析并确认了其管束的腐蚀性质及换热器管材与换热管连接的失效原因,并提出相应的解决方案。
Reboiler is one of the key equipments of second workshop in Lutianhua Co., Ltd. synthetic ammonia plant. Current heat transfer tube bundle is seriously leaking due to multiple corrosion. This paper analyzes and confirms corrosion properties of tube bundle and causes of failure connection between tube plate and tube. Corresponding solutions are put forward.
