摘要
气化炉备炉检修频次高,检修与运行交叉进行,安全风险极高,但通过科学的风险识别与评估方法,合理控制装置运行风险,有效降低检修过程中的作业风险,将检修过程中的各类安全风险降到低度风险以下,检修作业风险得到有效管控,实现了气化炉备炉检修零事故的安全业绩。
Maintenance frequency of spare gasifier is high, so maintenance and operation are cross. Security risk is extremely high.But through the scientific risk identification and evaluation methods, reasonable controlling operation risk, operational risks are effectively reduced and all kinds of security risks during maintenance process fall below the low risk grade. Maintenance risks are effectively controlled and zero accident safety performances are achieved during maintenance of spare gasifier.
