摘要 针对传统消融设备主机只有一个工作频率的局限,在不增加硬件成本和体积的基础上,设计了具有两个频率输出的逆变器.两个输出频率能够应用在等离子消融和射频消融两种手术方式中.通过控制BUCK和推挽的驱动信号,实现了输出功率可调和工作模式可切换;通过增加过流保护电路,保障了手术过程的安全性.电学实验结果表明,系统的两个工作频率都有上升沿好、尖峰小的输出波形.生物实验结果表明,系统具有较好的手术消融效果,消融速度快,对正常组织的损伤小,有利于患者恢复. Nowadays, electrosurgical ablation operation is more and more widely used in clinical medicine. But the traditional ablation device host has only one operating frequency, and the surgical function is single. A new dual-frequency inverter is designed in this paper, the system provides two output frequencies based on no additional hardware cost and volume, and is used in two ablation procedures: plasma ablation and radiofrequency ablation. The control circuit mainly controls the driving signals of the BUCK and the push-pull so as to achieve the adjustable output power and the working mode switching. Increasing over-current protection circuit ensures the safety of surgical procedures. Electrical experimental results show that the two operating frequencies of the system have a good rising edge and a small peak output waveform. At the same time, biological experiment results show that the system has a good effect of surgical ablation, ablation speed, tiny damage to normal tissue, is conducive to the recovery of patients.
