摘要
目的对比分析China-LISS接骨板和LISS接骨板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效、不良反应及膝关节功能。方法选取本院2014年8月至2016年10月收治的106例股骨远端骨折患者,随机分为对照组(53例)和治疗组(53例),治疗组患者应用China_LISS接骨板治疗,对照组患者应用LISS接骨板治疗。比较两组的疗效、不良反应及膝关节功能。结果治疗组和对照组的总优良率、治疗1年后的各项Evanich膝关节评分相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组的手术时间、切口长度[分别为(100.4±20.9)min、(11.0±2.3)cm]均显著低于对照组[分别为(115.2±38.5)min、(14.4±5.0)cm],差异有显著性(P<0.05),但术中出血量两组比较差异无显著性[(151.4±79.6)ml vs(179.4±90.7)ml,P>0.05],另外,治疗组患者的下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、治疗费用[分别为(51.1±12.6)天、(10.7±2.2)周、(21.7±7.4)天、(1.22±0.09)万元]显著低于对照组[分别为(66.9±17.1)天、(12.1±3.3)周、(29.6±8.4)天、(2.61±0.06)万元],差异有显著性(P<0.05),术后不良反应发生率也显著低于对照组(13.16%vs 36.84%,P<0.05)。结论 China-LISS接骨板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效显著,不良反应少,可有效恢复膝关节功能,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To compare the efficacy, adverse reactions and knee function of China-LISS plate and LISS plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures. Method One hundred and six patients with distal femoral fractures were randomly divided into control group （n=53） and treatment group （n=53）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with China-LISS plate, The patients in the control group were treated with LISS plate. Comparison of the efficacy of two groups, adverse reactions and knee function. Result The total excellent and good rate of the treatment group and the control group, the Evanich knee score after 1 year of treatment were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; The operative time and incision length were （100.4±20.9）min, （11.0±2.3）cm, were significantly lower than the control group （115.2±38.5）min, （14.4±5.0）cm, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, the time of getting out of bed, the time of fracture healing, the length of hospitalization and the cost of treatment were （51.1±12.6）d, （10.7±2.2）w, （21.7±7.4）d, （12.2±0.9） thousand Yuan, and （66.1±17.1）d, （12.1±3.3）w, （29.6±8.4）d, （26.1±0.6） thousand Yuan, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in treatment group than in control group, the difference was statistically significant （13.16% vs 36.84%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of China-LISS plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures is significant, and the adverse reactions are few, which can effectively restore the function of knee joint and have clinical value.
