摘要 通过分析瓶盖的结构特征,设计了一模八腔的注塑模具。模具采用三板式点浇口,分型面选择在最大截面处,瓶盖内分段螺纹利用内行位模具结构成型。经生产实践验证,模具结构设计合理,开合、模动作可靠,塑件脱模顺利,且塑件外表面光滑无痕、精度高。 Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the bottle cap, an injection mould with eight cavities and three plates is designed. The pin-point gate is used in the mould and the maximum cross section is selected as the parting surface. In addition, the inner segmented thread of the bottle cap is formed by an expert mould structure. The production practice proved that the mould structure design is reasonable and the clamping unit is reliable. The demoulding process is smooth and the product has a high dimensional accuracy which can fully meet customer's requirements.
