摘要
运用实验法对依柳辛动作常规练习方法和"带臂"练习方法进行比较与分析。研究结果显示,在练习中运用"带臂"练习法可以使该动作的流畅性、稳定性及成功率等各项指标得以提升,因此建议在学习该难度的过程中能够更多的运用"带臂"练习的方法,进而提升依柳辛动作的完成质量。
This paper mainly use the experimental method of competitive aerobics Yi Liuxin action practice method and the "conventional arms" practice methods are compared and analyzed. The results showed that the use of "ann" in the exercise training method can make the swing leg Yi Liuxincircle track, support leg check angle, fluency, stability, progress and success rate of each index can be improved, so in the process of learning the difficulty, especially the early practice method to use more "arm exercises, and thus enhance the quality of the action completed Yi Liuxin.
