摘要
建筑工业化和装配化是推动建筑产业转型升级的重要途径。装配式配筋砌块砌体结构是建筑装配化重要发展方向,较传统配筋砌块砌体剪力墙体系,具有建造成本不增加、节省人工和工期、施工过程管控规范的特点。在冬季寒冷地区,配合新型夹心保温技术的装配式建造方案,可以解决传统外墙保温体系变形开裂、甚至脱落的风险,实现建筑的保温功能、美观以及安全性的统一。结合哈尔滨东站北运转车间采用"装配式配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构体系"建设的工程实例,探讨这种新型绿色节能的装配式建筑技术在铁路房建工程中的应用,其技术及相关经验对住宅、公寓等其他公用及民用建筑也有推广参考价值。
Construction industrialization and building assembly are crucial to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. The prefabricated reinforced block masonry structure is an important development of building assembly. Compared to the traditional reinforced brick masonry shear wall system, it has the characteristics of reducing construction cost, saving labor and construction period and controlling the construction process easily. In the cold winter area, with the new sandwich thermal insulation technology of the prefabricated construction solutions, the problem of traditional external wall insulation deformation and cracking could be solved, achieving the unity of building insulation function, aesthetics, and security. In this paper, the application of 'new type of green energy-saving assembly construction technology' in railway construction project is discussed with the engineering example which is Harbin East Railway Station operation house construction of 'assembled reinforced masonry shear wall structure system'. This technology and related experience are also valuable to residential, apartments and other public and civil buildings.
