摘要
金融支持是高铁"走出去"的重要保障。基于我国金融机构支持高铁"走出去"的现状,分析我国金融机构在支持高铁"走出去"中所面临的瓶颈,提出金融机构支持高铁"走出去"的策略措施。通过完善金融支持政策体系、发挥政府资金引领作用、加快金融国际化、完善金融服务体系等措施,促进高铁产业与相关金融机构共同携手,推动产融创新发展,发挥我国资金、技术的双重优势,依托优质项目实现铁路、金融利益的共赢。
Financial support is an important guarantee for China high-speed railway export. Based on the current situation, this paper analyzes the problems of financial institutions in supporting high-speed railway export, then provides some strategies and methods.By promoting the financial support policy system, using the advantages of government funds, accelerating financial internationalization, high-speed railways industry and relevant financial institutions firmly co-operate and develop the production-finance innovation system. Our country should take dual advantages of capital and technology, provides mutual benefit for both the railway and the financial industry on the fundamental of well-qualified projects.
