摘要
目的观察宫腔镜下治疗不全流产的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析不全流产120例患者的临床资料,分析患者行宫腔镜下治疗术后的恢复情况。结果 120例患者手术顺利,术后2周复查尿HCG均阴性,术后月经来潮,无1例宫腔粘连。结论宫腔镜治疗不全流产具有内膜损伤小、临床效果好的特点。
Objective To explore the curative effect of surgical treatment under hysterscope on incomplete abortion. Methods The data on 120 cases of incomplete abortion treated with surgical treatment under hysterscope were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients underwent successful operations, the urine HCG was found negative two weeks later, the menses recovered and no intrauterine adhesions occurred. Conclusion Surgical treatment under hysterscope can produce good curative effect on incomplete abortion.
