摘要
绿色发展的本质是可持续发展,其历史阶段和内涵随着人们的认识而不断发展。将绿色发展理念具体到中国特色社会主义的实践中,必须从我国"过去、现在和未来"的基调上用辩证的、全面的眼光去看待,从历史纬度、理论维度与实践维度三个维度来分析。
The nature of ＂green development＂ is sustainable development,whose histor-ical stages and connotations develop along with people＇ s understanding. Applying this idea to the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics requires us to perceive it from the base of ＂the past,present and future＂ with a dialectical and comprehensive perception and to analyze it from the dimensions of history, theory and practice.
