摘要
基于单要素效率理论,测度30个省份技术创新转化的单要素效率,得到我国技术创新转化中专利的单效率是0.34。由于专利转化效率具有空间相关性,基于技术相似度、区域经济关联度及制度相似度等设定多重空间权重矩阵,使用多种空间面板模型,实证分析专利转化效率空间溢出效应。发现专利转化效率存在空间溢出效应,不同的空间权重矩阵估计的空间溢出系数存在差异,其中技术相似度和区域经济关联度构建的空间权重空间溢出效应最显著。
Based on the single factor efficiency theory, the article measured single factor efficiency of technological innovation transformation of 30 provinces. The results show the efficiency of patent transformation is 0.34. Because of patent transformation efficiency with spatial correlation, the article had an empirical analysis on spatial spillover effects of innovation transformation efficiency by using a variety of spatial panel model based on multiple spatial weight matrix such as technology similarity, regional economic relation and system similarity. We find that patent transformation efficiency had spatial spillover effects; spatial spillover coefficient with different spatial weight mamx is different; spatial spillover effects of spatial weight constructed by technological similarity and regional economic association degree are the most significant.
