摘要
为了建立费休氏法测定头孢拉定胶囊水分的不确定度评定,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999),分析不确定度的来源,通过建立数学模型,对水分测定过程中各影响因素进行分析评估,计算各变量的不确定度,合成不确定度,得出水分测定的扩展不确定度为0.28%(k=2),该方法适用于费休氏法测定头孢拉定胶囊水分的不确定度评定。
To establish a method of uncertainty evaluation for the water determination of cefradine capsules by Karl Fisher's method,according to"the evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement "( JJF1059-1999),the source of the uncertainty analysis,through the establishment of mathematical model,analyze the influence factors in the process of moisture determination. By calculating the uncertainty of each variable,synthetic uncertainty,and expanded uncertainty for the determination of moisture content of 0. 28%( k = 2). This method is applicable to Karl Fisher's determination to pull on cefradine capsules moisture uncertainty evaluation.
