摘要
文中基于变压器磁场分布相关理论和变压器绕组的常见形变,通过建立变压器在绕组正常时和发生各类常见轴向形变时的二维ANSYS模型,深入研究了变压器磁场分布与绕组形变之间的关系。根据变压器磁场分布与绕组形变之间的关系,提出一种通过磁场测量实现对变压器绕组形变在线监测的方法。最后,提出了变压器绕组形变的判定方法以及磁场传感器安装位置的优化方法。
Based on the theory of transformer magnetic field distribution and common transformer winding deformation,two-dimensional transformer ANSYS models when windings are normal or occur common types of axial deformation are established,and the relationship between transformer magnetic field distribution and windings deformation are intensively studied. According to the relationship between transformer magnetic field distribution and winding deformation,a method that realizing the on-line monitoring of transformer windings deformation by measuring magnetic field is proposed. Finally,the transformer windings deformation determination method and optimization of magnetic field sensor installation location are proposed.
