摘要
随着汽车技术的发展、车载功能电器设备迅猛增加,直接导致连接各功能电器的汽车线束设计的更加庞大和复杂;从而导致汽车线束制造工艺的复杂性也大幅提高。基于TRIZ原理引入超系统资源,在线束制造过程中引入数字化信息平台,利用服务器、计算机客户端、网络、手持终端、数字化系统软件等资源,对线束制造过程中的工艺文件、原材料、半成品、成品进行数字化信息管理已经成为现实。然而,经过一年多的汽车线束数字化制造系统的应用,汽车线束的智能化制造也逐步提上日程,推动着线束工程师对汽车线束的数字化与智能化制造相结合的应用与研究,进一步推动汽车线束生产制造技术的向前发展,提高线束的品质和生产效率,降低制造成本。
With the development of automotive engineering and the rapid increase of the vehicle electrical equipment, harness design and manufacturing process are more and more complicated. Based on the TRIZ theory, we introduce the digital information platform into the harness production, which utilizes the server, client, network, handheld terminals, system etc., to control the process documents, raw materials, semifinished and finished goods. After more than a year application, the intelligent manufacturing of automotive wiring harness has been gradually put on the agenda, and harness engineers must improve the quality and production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost.
