摘要
保护环境和保护气候是本世纪的最大挑战之一。在各国低碳经济不断发展的背景下,绿色金融成为全球多国着力发展的重点。我国也将绿色金融写入了发展规划。然而我国的绿色金融起步晚,欠成熟,与之相对的是发达国家通过十几年发展建立起来的完善成熟的绿色金融体系,它们的经验值得中国借鉴。本文通过阐述绿色金融的发源地-德国的绿色金融服务实践,从中总结出对中国发展的启示。
Protecting the environment and the climate is one of the greatest challenges of this century. In the context of the continuous development of the low-carbon economy in various countries, the green finance has become the focus of multinational efforts in the world. China has also written the green finance into the development plan. However, the green finance in China started later as opposed to a perfect and mature green financial system in developed countries through more than ten years＇ development, and their experience is worthy of reference for China. The paper summarizes the enlightenment to China＇ s development by expounding on the green finance service practice in Germany which is the origin of the green finance.
