摘要 常规的大地测量方式无法实现桥梁动态变形监测,针对常规变形监测手段的缺陷,采用非量测数码相机和数据处理软件组成的快速摄影测量系统对桥梁进行瞬间实时变形监测:首先布设控制点和变形观测点,其次用经过检定的数码相机对桥梁进行拍摄,得到承载变形信息的照片;最后根据空间时间基线视差法完成数据的解算,并以图形的形式展现结果。数据表明:快速摄影测量系统对桥梁进行变形观测,操作简便,可以同时观测多个变形点,成果精度达到3/1 000。快速摄影测量系统实现了数据的采集、处理、显示一体化,满足了工程技术人员的需要,并且能够为桥梁安全的快速决策提供技术支持。 Nowadays, the instant real-time observation of the bridge structures has gradually become a hot research direction. But conventional geodetic measures of deformation observation cannot complete the dynamic deformation observation of the bridge, to overcome the defects of conventional means of deformation observation, a rapid photogrammetric system which comprises of non-metric digital camera and data processing software is adopted for the deformation observation of the bridge in the dynamic real-time moments in this paper: at first, laying the control points and deformation observation points, then, using the verified digital cameras to capture the bridge and obtain the pictures which bears deformation information~ at last, completing the data calculation according to the space time baseline parallax method and showing out the results graphically. Data shows that: it is easy for us to use a rapid photogrammetric system to observe the deformation of the dynamic bridge and we can also observe a number of deformed points at the same time, the accuracy of the results can reach 3/1 000. The rapid photogrammetry system realizes the integration of data acquisition, processing and display, which meets the needs of engineers and technicians. Further, it can provide technique support for rapid determination of bridge safety.
