摘要
为解决常规钢-预制混凝土桥道板组合梁的剪力键预留孔角隅和板间现浇接缝易开裂的问题,提出了带装配式栓钉(PCSS)剪力键和预制预应力桥道板的钢桁-混凝土组合梁(Prefabricated Steel Truss-Concrete(PSTC)Composite Beam)。针对从施工到成桥到破坏的全过程力学行为,提出了一种装配式组合梁的非线性全过程分析方法:建立精细化有限元模型,预制桥道板和板间接缝采用在混凝土实体单元中是否嵌入普通钢筋单元分别模拟;桥道板采用预应力钢束降温法模拟板内获得预压应力的过程;组合梁采用导入初应力的方法,实现将先期获得预压应力的桥道板与钢桁结整为组合梁共同受力。利用该方法模拟分析了装配式钢桁-混凝土组合梁在负弯矩作用下,从施工到成桥到破坏的全过程力学行为,并与组合梁负弯矩区段力学行为性能试验的结果进行了对比。结果表明:该模拟方法能较真实模拟装配式钢-混凝土组合梁从安装桥道板到桥道板的破坏的全过程受力行为,挠度计算值与实测值相差4.1%,吻合较好。
To solve the cracking problem of cast-in-place concrete in shear pockets and joints of the traditional composite beam with precast decks,a new type of prefabricated steel truss-concrete composite beam( PSTC composite beam) with pre-embedded shear studs( PCSS connectors) and precast PC decks is proposed. To study the mechanical behaviors in each construction stage till damaged,a nonlinear whole process analysis method for the prefabricated composite beam is conducted. First,a precise finite element model is created,in which the precast deck and the joints between decks are simulated by embedding the reinforcement unit in concrete unit or not. Second,the prestress of the concrete deck is simulated by method of refrigerating prestressed tendons. Third, by imputing the initial stress in the composite beam, the prestressed deck is realized,then the deck and the steel truss are assembled together. Moreover,using this method,the mechanical behaviors of the PSTC beam in the whole process under negative bending moment are simulated,and the result is compared with the test result of the mechanical behavior and performance test ofthe composite beam in negative bending moment segment. The result shows that( 1) the proposed method can well simulate the mechanical behaviors of the whole process of the prefabricated composite beam from precast deck assembling to precast deck failure;( 2) the deflection difference between the calculated value and the test value is 4. 1%,indicating a good agreement.
