不同灌水处理对枸杞产量和品质的影响 被引量:20

摘要 针对宁夏中部干旱区枸杞灌溉水资源紧缺的生产实际,采用完全随机区组法进行大田滴灌试验,研究了不同灌水处理,不同种植方式(覆膜与不覆膜)对枸杞产量和品质的影响。研究结果表明:(1)覆膜和不覆膜条件下,灌溉定额为1 620 m^3/hm^2时,枸杞总糖、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素含量均最高。(2)不同采收时间枸杞总糖含量变化呈"先增后降"变化规律,甜菜碱含量呈"先降后增"变化规律,胡萝卜素含量呈"逐渐增加"变化规律。(3)灌溉定额为1 620 m^3/hm^2时,覆膜和不覆膜条件下枸杞产量均最高,覆膜枸杞产量最高为1.040 07万kg/hm^2,不覆膜枸杞产量最高为9 923.40 kg/hm^2,覆膜比不覆膜的产量高4.81%。当灌溉定额小于等于1 620 m^3/hm^2时,枸杞产量均随灌溉定额的增大而增大,当灌溉定额大于1 620 m^3/hm^2时,枸杞产量均随灌溉定额增大而减小。覆膜滴灌条件下,有利于保持土壤水分,有效节约水资源,灌溉定额为1 620 m^3/hm^2适宜在宁夏中部干旱区高效节水生产中广泛推广。 In this paper, the effects of different irrigation treatments and different planting patterns (film and non -film) on the yield and quality of Lycium barbarnm were studied through drip irrigation experiment. The research result indicates that:①The content of total sugar, betaine and carotene in Lycium barbarum L. is the highest when the irrigation quota is I 620 m3/hm2. ② For different stages, the content of total sugar in Lycium barbarnm L. shows the change rule of first increase and then decrease, the content of betaine shows the change rule of decrease first and then increase, and the content of carotene shows the change rule of gradually increase. ③When the irrigation quota is 1 620 m3/hm2, the yield of Lycium barbarum is the highest. The highest yield of film-covered Lycium barbarum is 10 400.7 kg/hm2, and the highest yield of uncovered Lycium barbarum is 9 923.40 kg/hm2, the former is 4.81% higher than the latter. When the irrigation quota is less than or equal to 1 620 m3/hm2 , the output of Lycium barbarum increases with the increase of irrigation quota. When the irrigation quota is more than 1 620 m3/hm2, the output of Lycium barbarum decreased with the increase of irrigation quota. Film-covered drip irrigation is beneficial to keep the soil moisture and save water resources effectively. The irrigation quota of 1 620 m3/hm2 is suitable for extensive water efficient production in arid area of central Ningxia.
