摘要
通过优化软磁合金直流磁性能检测装置,并在检测系统中增加信号放大电路,使光标偏转的幅度扩大,便于观察和测量,提高检测装置的精度和灵敏度.特别适用于高饱和磁感应强度铁钴钒软磁合金材料的饱和磁感应强度和矫顽力的检测,数值稳定,误差小.
The accuracy and sensitivity of detection device is improved by optimizing the DC magnetic detection device for soft magnetic alloy, increasing the signal amplifying circuit in the testing system, and extending the cursor deflection ampli- tude, in order to make the observation and measurement easier. The detection system is particularly suitable for testing sat- urated magnetic induction intensity and coercive force of high saturation magnetic induction intensity of Fe-Co-V soft mag- netic alloy material for its stability and small error.
