摘要
通过对健美运动的历史起源、发展现状的梳理,阐释了健美运动在体形、肌肉形态、表现力以及音乐等方面的美学价值.基于全面提升当代大学生身体素质的视角下,探讨了健美运动在高校推广的价值所在,旨在促进健美运动在高校的推广和普及.
By combing the historical origin and current status of bodybuilding, this paper expounds the aesthetic value of bodybuilding in body shape, muscle shape, expression and music. From the perspective of overall promoting the physical quality of contemporary college students, this paper probes into the value of promoting bodybuilding sports in colleges and universities, aiming at promoting the popularization of bodybuilding in colleges and universities.
