摘要
以辽宁省环保科学园公建区排水外网工程为例,对比分析了雨水直排系统和雨水利用系统的技术经济特征,制定了该小区雨水系统的优化方案。结果表明,雨水利用系统工程的造价比雨水直排系统高5%,但是雨水直排系统管道长度比雨水利用系统的管道长度要长,工程后期管道维护检修费用也随之增长。此外,雨水利用系统不但可以满足小区内景观湖湖水的补给和道路、绿地浇洒需求,还降低了小区景观工程费用,因此雨水利用系统具有较明显的技术经济优势。
Taking outside drainage network engineering of office area of Liaoning Environmental Protection Science Park as an example, the technical and economic characteristics of the rainwater dis- charge system and the rainwater utilization system were contrasted and analyzed, and the optimization scheme of the rainwater system in this area was developed. The results showed that the engineering cost of rainwater utilization system was 5% higher than that of rainwater discharge system, but the pipeline length of rainwater discharge system was longer than that of rainwater utilization system, and the rainwater discharge system had more pipe repair and maintenance cost. The rainwater utilization system could meet the demand of water supplementation of the landscape lake and the demand of watering roads and grass with lower engineering cost. Therefore, the rainwater utilization system has obvious technical and economic advantages.
