摘要
为了满足我国大型真空热试验任务中单个加热回路对大电流或大电压的综合测试要求,解决当前程控电源串并联操作复杂、串并联电源负载失衡、串并联实施后安全隐患突出的问题,设计并实现了一种真空热试验程控电源串并联快速配置系统;在现有真空热试验控制系统架构与程控电源型号基础上,将输入输出电连接器按2:1的比例设计,基于双IP双电源自由组合控制输出的方式,采用单片机与继电器控制单元进行程控电源输入输出状态检测,通过继电器矩阵实现电源输出自由配置,从而实现程控电源的串并联快速配置;实践表明,该程控电源串并联快速配置系统可以在3分钟内实现15路的程控电源串并联快速输出,不仅简化了目前复杂的电源串并联操作,大大提高了程控电源串并联操作实施效率,而且加强了程控电源串并联后工作的安全性。
In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive test of large current or large voltage for single heating circuit in China's large vacuum thermal test task, a rapid configuration system of programmable power supply for vacuum heat test is designed and constructed, which can solve the problems of the current complicated program-controlled power supply series parallel operation, the imbalance series- parallel power supply load serial and the outsanding security risks after series parallel implementation. Based on the existing vacuum thermal test control system architecture and program-controlled power supply model, the input and output electrical connector are designed accord- ing to the ratio of 2: 1. Using dual-IP dual power supply free combination of control output, the program-controlled power input and out- put status are detected through the microcontroller and relay control unit, the free power output configuration is achieved with the use of re- lay matrix, thus the serial and parallel quick configuration is realized for programmable power supply. The results show that, through the serial and parallel rapid configuration system of program-controlled power supply, the serial and parallel fast output of 15-way programmable power supply can be achieved within 3 minutes, which indicates that the current complex power supply string parallel operation is simplified, the program-controlled power supply string parallel operation efficiency is greatly improved, and the work of security is strengthened after the program-controlled power supply string in parallel.
