摘要
新一代运载火箭测量系统承担获取射前和飞行过程中遥外测数据和实施火箭飞行安控的重要任务,在执行发射任务时,测量系统不仅要对火箭关键参数进行长时间的不间断监测,还要对测量系统地面测控设备进行状态监测,实现加注阶段前端"无人值守";对地面测控系统人员保障及人员对设备的操控提出了很高要求;为此,文章提出了一体化供电测控系统,介绍了系统组成及技术革新,采用定制与运行自动测控流程,实现指令执行的实时性和精确性,提高了测试效率,通过故障监测和应用切换实现同步跟踪和无缝切换设计,融合了以太网技术、1553B总线技术、光纤技术等多标准复合架构通信技术的一体化测控系统经过了新一代运载火箭首飞考核,得到了充分的试验验证。
Measurement System in new generation launch vehicle system undertake the task to obtain the telemetry data and implement security control task during the flight mission. Measurement System will monitor the key parameter of launch vehicle and testing equipment for a long time to ensure unattended operation during the filling. That requires more for personnel security and operation. In this article, an integrated power supply and monitoring system is proposed to satisfy the higher requirement of new generation launch vehicle, it introduce the system composition and technical innovation. The customization and operation o- automatic control process are used to achieve real-time and accurate instruction execution which improves test efficiency. Synchronization and seamless handover are designed by adopting fault mo- nitoring and application switching. This system which integrated multi-standard and composite architecture communication technology, in- cluding Ethernet technology, 155313 bus technology, and optical fiber technology, experienced the flight experiment and has been verified.
