摘要
在面向拆卸的设计过程中,对产品的拆卸序列规划以及对产品回收性评价需要获得CAD模型尽可能多的相关信息。为了快速准确高效地得到CAD模型的相关信息,利用UG提供的应用程序编程接口,通过以Visual Studio 2012作为集成开发环境对UG/NX9软件的二次开发,实现了对CAD模型相关信息的自动提取。并以虎钳的装配体为例实现了虎钳装配体零件信息的自动提取,验证了该方法的可行性。
In the process of green design, we need to get the relevant information of CAD model such as the disassembly sequence planning and the evaluation of product recovery. In order to get the information quickly and accurately, in this paper, we use the application programminginterface provided by UG, and take Visual Studio 2012 as the integrated development environment of secondary developmentof UG/NX9 software, to achieve the automatical extraction of the relevant information of CAD model. A vise assembly is taken as example, and the automatic information extraction of the parts of the vise is realized, which validates the feasibility of the method.
