摘要 文章以新疆石油工程技术服务企业在中亚市场的竞争策略内外部环境分析为前提,在中亚市场竞争现状及影响因素分析基础上,对竞争策略进行选择。依托"一带一路"的背景下,积极发展新疆与中亚国家的区域经济合作,介绍了新疆石油工程技术服务企业的发展历程和现状。文章还根据石油行业和石油特点,在现有的研究基础上对其竞争策略进行分析。完善工程技术服务企业在中亚市场的产业链,将产能有效地转化为效益,并论述其竞争策略所发挥的作用。 the article analysis on competitive strategy of Xinjiang petroleum engineering technical service enterprises in the Central Asian market and external environment as the premise, the factors in the competition status and influence of the Central Asian market analysis as the foundation, the selection of competitive strategy. Relying on the "The Belt and Koad" background, the positive development of regional economic cooperation between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries, introduces the development and present situation of Xinjiang petroleum engineering technology service enterprises. Based on the characteristics of petroleum industry and oil, this paper analyzes its competitive strategy based on the existing research. In order to improve the industrial chain of engineering technology service enterprises in Central Asia market, the production capacity will be effectively transformed into efficiency, and the role played by the competitive strategy is discussed.
