就微波炉在市场的投诉进行主要失效因素分析,通过应用一些现代质量分析工具,找到影响电机失效的关键因子,并采取相应的改善措施,降低风扇电机在微波炉总装生产线的下线率与市场的维修率,以降低质量失效成本。
This article had done some quality analysis based on the main failures of hood fan motor on the market, applied for some modern quality analysis tools to find the main causes and make related corrective actions, result in reducing the fan motor failure rate on assembly line and after sales service, so that reduce the quality failure cost.
