摘要
中国建设工程行业正在经历一场BIM技术革命,其在建筑设计、资料管理、施工模拟等方面具有非常大的优势。地铁车站设计与民用建筑有其相似性,也有其特殊性,如地铁行业具有周期长、专业多、设计反复次数多等特点,在协同设计、综合管线、客流模拟、施工模拟和运营维护等领域,应用BIM技术会大幅提高设计质量、缩短设计周期,节省投资。通过在厦门地铁1号线和天津地铁5号线等地铁项目中应用BIM技术,提出以下建议:建立统一BIM标准体系;业主方、设计方、施工方和运营方等转变思维,建立BIM应用理念;建立BIM应用组。

The feature of subway station and civil construction has similarity and particularity. While the design of subway station needs a long cycle, more specialty, repeatedly. If BIM technology could be used in the Multi specialty collaborative design, integrated pipeline, passenger flow simulation, construction simulation and operation and maintenance and other fields, which will greatly improve the design quality, shorten the design cycle, saving investment. Through the application of BIM technology in metro projects such as Xiamen Metro Line t and Tianjin Metro Line 5, the following suggestions are put forward: establishing a unified BIM standard system; establishing the BIM application concept by the owner, the design side, the construction side and the operator, Create a BIM application group.
