摘要
目前我国城市既有住宅存量规模巨大,普遍存在居住环境和住宅机能老化、退化现象。文章从开放建筑理论出发,研究其核心概念和发展历程,并总结了开放建筑理论应用到既有住区再生中的可行性。文章以大连某典型的老旧住区为例,通过调研归纳,以开放建筑的视角提出对既有住宅改造的试设计方法,以提升住区品质。
At present, the quantity of existing residential stocks in our country is enormous.Residential environment and function are generally aging and degradation.Starting from the open building theory,this paper studies the core concepts and development process of open building theory and summarizes the enlightenment of open building theory applied to existing residential renovation.This paper takes a typical old residential area in Dalian as an example and proposes a trial renovation design for existing residential buildings through investigation and induction from the perspective of open building theory to improve the quality of residential areas.
