摘要 “十二五”高附加值用钢的发展报告中提及未来钢材价值量的增长将明显高于数量增长,产品将向特、精、高的方向发展,向深加工、高附加值发展。在产能过剩、市场同质化严重的背景下,钢厂需不断研发新产品,拓宽高端产品的领域,如汽车板、家电板等。理化检验是在实验室的一定环境条件下,借助各种仪器、设备和试剂,运用物理、化学的方法来检测评价产品质量的一种方法。实验室如何适应公司品种钢开发与生产检验需求,及时准确的得出试验数据报告是实验室管理必须思考的问题。本文介绍了标准化作业在实验室的应用与推广,通过试验现场标准化管理、测量管理体系规范化及实验室中报CNAS认可等措施提升了实验室管理水平。 "Twelfth five-year" development of high value-added steel report mentioned in the future value will be significantlyhigher than the growth of population growth, the product will be developed to the direction of, pure, high, to the deepprocessing and high value-added development. Under the background of excess production capacity, market homogeneityserious, steel mills need to constantly develop new products, widen the sphere of high-end products, such as car plate, homeappliance plate, etc. Physical and chemical inspection is the certain environmental conditions in the laboratory, with the aidof each kind of instrument, the equipment and reagents, using physical and chemical methods to detect the quality of theproducts of a kind of method. Laboratory how to meet the needs of company development and production of varieties of steelinspection, timely and accurate test data report is a problem of laboratory management must consider. This paper introducesthe application of the standardization work in the lab and promotion, through the experiment site standardization management,application of measurement management system standardization and laboratory CNAS recognition such as measures toenhance the level of the laboratory management.
