摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析导致患者发生抑郁的相关因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和抑郁自评量表对110例维持性血液透析患者进行问卷调查。结果患者抑郁发生率为36.36%,年龄、家庭支持状况、血液透析相关知识和护患关系为影响维持性血液透析抑郁的影响因素。结论维持性血液透析患者抑郁发生率较高,影响因素复杂,通过争取家庭支持、改善护患关系、实施健康教育达到减少抑郁发生的目的。
Objective To explore the risk factors of depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were investigated by general information questionnaire and self-rating depression scale.Results The incidence of depression was 36.36%.Age,family support,hemodialysis knowledge,nurse-patient relationship were influencing factors of depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Conclusion The incidence of depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients was high the impact factors were complicated.Through family support,improving nurse-patient relationship,and implementation of health education to reduce the depression.
