摘要
革、创新传统的各行各业,那么对于会计行业,尤其是互联网+财会模式,对财会人才提出了更高的要求。在大势所趋之下,高职院校应该提出新的财会人才培养方案,并尽快付诸于行动来适应时代更迭的潮流,这也是各高职院校需要思考的问题和难题。本文采用了SWOT分析方法,从高职院校、财会人员、师资队伍、教学模式四个方面,对会计专业的发展进行了分析,以期为职业院校制定和完善会计专业人才培养方案,培养出满足社会需求的高素质技术技能型会计人才提供借鉴与参考。
Premier li keqiang at the 12th National People＇s Congress meeting three times the government work report puts forward the concept of＂Internet＋＂,＂Internet＋＂model is to use the Internet to development,reform and innovation of thinking traditional all walks of life,so for the accounting profession,especially the Internet＋accounting mode,puts forward higher requirements on accounting talents. Under the trend of The Times,we should put forward new accounting talents training of higher vocational colleges,and action as soon as possible to adapt to change the trend of The Times,this also is the higher vocational colleges need to think about the problems and difficulties.This paper used the SWOT analysis method,from the higher vocational colleges,the accounting staff,faculty,teaching mode from four aspects,analyzes the development of the accounting major,for vocational colleges to establish and perfect the accounting professional personnel training scheme,cultivate meet the social needs of high-quality technical skilled accounting personnel to provide reference and reference.
