输电铁塔加长型可顶升塔脚顶升承载性能试验研究

摘要 研制了一种输电铁塔加长型可顶升塔脚纠偏结构,制作了平面双向足尺节点加载试验装置。分别考虑靴板厚度、底板厚度和加劲肋类型等因素,对可顶升塔脚构件进行了顶升模拟加载试验,得到了这些因素对塔脚顶升承载性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:增加靴板厚度可以有效增加塔脚顶升极限承载力;增加底板厚度虽然可以提高塔脚顶升极限承载能力,但提高幅度并不大;外侧加劲肋更利于增强塔脚的顶升承载性能。提出的加长型可顶升塔脚纠偏结构体系已经在输电铁塔设计中得到应用。 A kind of preset jacking tower foot structure to rectify the slant transmission tower was proposed,and the plane biaxial full-scale node loading test device was introduced. Considering the factors such as the thickness of the boot plate,the thickness of the bottom plate and the type of the stiffening rib,the jacking tests were carried out on the tower foot components. The influence of these factors on the load bearing capacity of the tower foot was discussed. Research results showed that,increasing the thickness of the boot plate could effectively improve the ultimate load of the tower foot,so do the bottom plate,but the influence was not that big. In addition,lateral stiffening rib was more conducive to enhance the ultimate load of the tower foot. This preset jacking tower foot structure had been applied in the design of transmission tower.
