摘要
为观察外旷内挂（切）法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效，将236例高位复杂性肛瘘患者分为治疗组128例和对照组108例，治疗组采用外旷内挂（切）法治疗，对照组采用传统的切开挂线引流术治疗，观察2组患者的住院天数、创口愈合时间、治愈率及复发率，评价2组患者的肛门括约肌功能等指标。结果显示，治疗组患者的住院时间、创口愈合时间，较对照组缩短（P〈0．05）；对肛门括约肌功能和肛门外形影响较对照组低（P〈0．05），2组患者的治愈率、复发率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，外旷内挂（切）法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘可缩短患者创口愈合时间，减少患者痛苦，较好的保护肛门功能。
This study was to observe the effect of external putting-aside ga internal drawing-thread （inci- sion） in the treatment of high complex anal fistula, divided 236 patients with this fistula into treatment group （128 cases） and control one （108 cases）, performed above surgical procedure on the former, mean- while performed routine incision ＆ thread-drawing and drainage on the latter; then observed both groups＂ hospital stay （days）, healing time of wound, curative rate and recurrence rate,evaluated the function of a- nal sphincter etc indexes.As results,in hospital stay and wound healing time, the former was shorter than the latter（ P 〈0.05） ;in the incidence of inflicted anal sphincter＇s function and anal appearance in the former was lower than that in the latter （ P 〈0.05） ,in curative rate and recurrence rate there were no statistical difference between two groups （ P〉0.05）.Results show that external putting-aside ＆ internal drawing-thread （incision） in the treatment of high complex anal fistula has better effect in shortening wound healing time, reducing patient＇s pain, better protecting anal function.
