摘要
ERP系统的应用已深入电力公司各业务部门,年结的顺利完成对于各类业务数据的流转和集成具有重要意义。ERP年结需将各类总账、应收应付、固定资产等科目余额进行结转,保证本年期末数与次年期初数一致,是次年业务正常开展的前提。文章就年结的工作及保障措施进行了分析及说明。
The application of ERP system has been deeply embedded in the business departments of electric power enterprises. The successful completion of the year knot is of great significance for the transfer and integration of various business data. The year knot for ERP should be carried forward the balance of all kinds of accounts, accounts receivable and fixed assets, so as to ensure that the final number of this year is consistent with the beginning of the next year, which is the premise of the normal business development of the next year. This paper analyzes and explains the year knot work and safeguard measures.
