摘要
农业科技精准扶贫是广大农村农民脱贫致富有效、绿色、可持续的重要手段和途径。本文从理论与宏观的视角,对广西农业科技精准扶贫中政府、科技与农民三大要素的作用、现状与对策进行分析,以供有关部门参考。
Targeted poverty alleviation of agricultural science and technology is an effective means for rural farmers to get rich in a resentful, green and sustainable way. This paper analyzes the present situation, function and countermeasures of government, technology and farmer which are the three basic elements of accurate poverty alleviation in Guangxi Province, as a reference for the department concerned.
