含故障追溯机制的异构智能馈线自动化系统互操作 被引量:2

摘要 依据IEC 61850的建模规则将配电网络拓扑结构分为3个层级,以端子层为最小拓扑描述单位,构建异构信息交互模型。所建立的异构分布式馈线自动化系统自描述模型能够较好地满足配电网络拓扑的灵活性和频繁变动性的要求,并在开关层面的部分细节方面作了一定的简化。此外,基于该模型提出了含故障追溯机制和"发现/注册"通信机制的异构智能分布式馈线自动化安全保护系统,提升信息交互机制的安全性。 Intelligent distribution feeder system has been widely applied as an efficient feeder automation technology in smart grid distribution network.Since the intelligent terminal equipment from different manufactures may not well interact with each other,most distributed feeder automation systems choose to install the same type of equipment in every line.However,this makes difficult to the ongoing maintenance,especially when new lines are added to the network,and also threatens the FLISR system's operation that one feeder automation system can offer.In this paper,the heterogeneous system information model was constructed for better information interaction between different types of intelligent terminal equipment,and the "discover-register" mechanism together with the fault traceability mechanism was introduced in an effort to improve the safety level for distributed feeder automation system based on the information model we built.
