摘要
针对农产品产地"最先一公里"冷链网络布局问题,采用集合覆盖模型求解不同辐射半径和网点容量组合下的网络节点个数及布局方式,分析网络节点的辐射半径、容量与个数3者之间的关系,通过TOPSIS算法找出最优布局方案。结果表明:1)单一辐射半径下,随着网络节点容量的增加,网络节点个数逐渐减小,最终趋于稳定;2)网络节点个数首次出现最小值时对应的节点容量为该辐射半径下的最佳容量;3)每个网络节点辐射半径都对应1种最佳布局方式。本研究运用集合覆盖模型对某区域农产品基地进行网络布局,分析得出网络节点的辐射半径为10km、容量为15万t时的布局方案为最优,与理论分析相符,本研究提出的模型有效且可行。
Aiming at the problem of "First mile" cold chain network layout in agricultural products area,the model of cluster coverage is used to solve the number of nodes and the layout of network with different radiation radius and network capacity.The relationship among the radiation radius,the capacity and the number of network nodes are analyzed.Optimal layout plan is investigated through the TOPSIS algorithm.The results show that:1) Under the condition of single radiation radius,the number of nodes in the network decreases gradually with the increase of the capacity of the network node,and finally tends to be stable;2) The node capacity when minimum number of network node appear for the first time corresponds to the optimal capacity of the radiation radius;3) The radiation radius of each network node corresponds to an optimal layout mode.The cluster coverage model is used in this paper to deal with network layout of a regional agricultural base,and the layout in which the radiation radius and capacity of network nodes is 10 kilometers and 150 thousands of tons respectively is optimal,which matches theoretical analysis,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the model proposed in this study.
